Space Future has been on something of a hiatus of late. With the concept of Space Tourism steadily increasing in acceptance, and the advances of commercial space, much of our purpose could be said to be achieved. But this industry is still nascent, and there's much to do. So...watch this space.

The 3rd annual Space Medicine Conference will be taking place on 30 September and 1 October 2006 in the UK National Space Centre in Leicester. Topics will include the medical implications of space tourism and surgical care in space.
American-Iranian businesswoman Anousheh Ansari will be the next space tourist to travel to the
International Space Station. Ansari will be replacing Japanese businessman Daisuke Enomoto, who did not pass his physical examination.
