Virgin Galactic testifies at the House Subcommittee on Space
by Carol Pinchefsky
An article on CNN.com talks about the imminent future of space tourism. Author Leonard David, moonlighting from Space.com, writes that Burt Rutan of Scaled Composites and Will Whitehorn of Virgin Galactic testified to the House Subcommittee on Space as to their plans: a fleet of suborbital vehicles.

According to David, Whitehorn's "company's current plan is to begin suborbital operations in Mojave, and then develop a second site in another location, possibly Florida, Texas or New Mexico."

For more information, see the CNN article.
