The White House intends to nominate Sean O'Keefe for the position of NASA
Administrator.
Mr. O'Keefe is currently an assistant director of the White House's Office of Management and Budget and has been studying the financial mishandling of ISS
. He is also a former Secretary of the Navy, a university professor, and a management expert.
He has no background or interest in space travel.
