by Sam Coniglio
National Public Radio's Marketplace is interviewing Lou Dobbs, former CNN Financial News anchor, and now producer of Space.com on Wednesday, October 6 at 6:30 pm PST (check your local radio listings). Space.com is a new web site devoted to all types of space-related news.
NPR will be asking questions like why Mr. Dobbs left a high-profile job at one of the world's largest media outlets to start and internet web site. Other questions may include the potential of the general public flying into space.
Also, NPR's Marketplace is conducting a poll on space travel. The question goes like this: "If money is no object, would you like to take a trip into space?" The results of the poll will be announced on this Friday's edition of Marketplace.
